Due to the effects of COVID-19 on our business, we are no longer offering our Special Events Menu or our Full-Service Event Planning. We would be happy to assist you with ordering from our luncheon and banquet menu. Thank you for your understanding.
Pastaria, inside the historic North Market downtown, is one of only a few caterers who offer true scratch cooking. We guarantee that the food alone will make your event memorable.
How to Order: Please call Carolyn Ziliak, our catering director, at 614-805-4976. You may also call our retail shop at 614-228-2850 if you need immediate attention.
Rental items: We have had a long relationship with Lasting Impressions Event Rental at 614-252-5400. They will be happy to help you with your rental needs.
Plasticware: We are happy to provide a quote. We have different options depending on the type of event you are hosting. Please inquire.
Service: We have a great team of servers and bartenders. Service personnel are $20.00 per person per hour with a minimum of 4 hours. Banquet captains are $24.00 per hour. We recommend one attendant per every 25 – 50 guests depending on the type of event. There will be a 20% staffing fee added for special events.
Please note: The customer is responsible for coordinating all room set up and rentals for the event. Our service staff will be happy to assist with food delivery and set-up. You may also hire our staff to stay during your event to assist with the buffet and clean up. Breakdown of tables and chairs at the end of the event will require additional charges.
Deposits and Final Counts
Please call at least 3 days in advance for parties under 25, while larger parties require more notice. Final guest counts are appreciated at least 10 days in advance. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date, and the estimated final bill is due at the conclusion of your event.
Fees imposed by a Synagogue, Temple, Church, or other facility will be passed to the client with no additional cost.
